Dubai Community Theatre and Arts Center It is a not-for-profit cross-community creative center started in November 2006 under the patronage of Princess Haya Bent Hussein. It was spread over an area of 7,424 square meters on the second floor of the Mall of the Emirates. There were also two types of theatre and rehearsal spaces, along with galleries, classrooms, studios, a music school, a library, and an arts center that included a high-specific Visual Arts Gallery. In July 2018, the Mall of the Emirates Dubai Community Theatre and Arts Center was closed. The Mall of the Emirates Vox Cinemas has 14 screens for multiple movies, including 2 Vox Gold screens.
